Who We Are
The Northside Community Guest Home opened its doors in 1975 and is a 144-bed licensed nursing home. The home is a large employer of the Northside with a staff of more than 280 employees.
We believe that it is necessary to respect the culture, ethnicity, family traditions, community language, sexual orientation and spiritual beliefs of each Resident when planning care and service programs.
All care and service should be provided in a manner that recognizes the Resident’s right to choice and self-determination and respects their values, strengths, needs, and desires. Further, we believe that Residents have a responsibility to participate in decision making related to their own care and service.
